"I’m a new user of the kegel items, so I’m trying to train body so I don’t have to have any internal procedures in the near future I’m in my LATE ~LATE 50’s, I’ve only been using them for a week following there exercise plan that comes with it & I like that they are not as heavy as some others too. Nice & easy to pack as I bought them while on vacation."
