Lovers Exclusive Product Warranty
Our Lovers Exclusive products carry a limited five-year warranty against material and mechanical defects from the date of purchase. Please keep your original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. If you have an issue with your Lovers product, you may request a replacement of the defective item (even exchange). For online replacement requests - If an even exchange replacement is not available you will be issued a one time use coupon code for the original purchase price of your item. For in-store purchases or for customers able to go to a Lovers store - If the Lovers Exclusive product you requested for exchange is of a higher value than the product being replaced, then you must complete payment of the balance due. If the Lovers Exclusive product you requested for exchange is of a lower value than the product being replaced, then you will receive a Lovers Gift Card with a value of the difference. If you have purchased a Lovers Exclusive product online and would like to receive a replacement in a Lovers store, please contact Customer Care first at CS@Loversstores.com for support.
Playboy Pleasure Product Warranty
Playboy Pleasure products are warranted by Evolved Novelties with a limited five-year replacement warranty against material and mechanical defects. The defective item will be replaced by Evolved Novelties with the same or a similar product. Products purchased at Lovers store location found defective and accompanied by the original purchase receipt may be replaced or exchanged within thirty (30) days of purchase at a Lovers store location. There are no cash refunds. For purchases of Playboy Pleasures products made on this website, or from a store location after thirty (30) days, then please go directly to Evolved Novelties Warranty webpage.
All Other Products
Lovers carries a variety of products from numerous manufacturers. While many of our products have extended warranties covered by the manufacturer, Customers are responsible for verifying the warranty period, coverage, and process, which would be indicated on the product packaging, in an insert, or online at the manufacturer’s website. Due to the nature of our products, Lovers does not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. Products purchased at Lovers found defective and accompanied by the original purchase receipt may be replaced or exchanged within thirty (30) days of purchase, excluding any shipping charges. Customers with defective products purchased more than thirty (30) days prior will be directed to the appropriate product manufacturer. Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud department.
Shipping & Returns
Orders are discreetly packaged in unmarked boxes or envelopes, with the shipper listed as “TLA ACQUISITION CORP”.
Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground unless an alternative method is purchased or FedEx Ground is not available for your delivery address. Orders to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses will ship via USPS Priority mail.
Please allow up to 2 business days (Monday through Friday) for your order to be processed and shipped. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Any orders placed after 5:00 AM PST will be processed on the next business day.
Orders Over $200 require a signature upon delivery as a protection against lost or stolen packages. If you are unable to sign for your package please let us know (CS@loversstores.com or 1.844.988.0027).
Orders to Canada are shipped via USPS and can take anywhere from 5 business days to 2 weeks depending on the destination. When clicking the “Buy” button buyers acknowledge full responsibility for complying with their country's laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties.
At the Lovers we stand behind the products we sell. Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges on items not found to be defective. If you receive a defective product we will provide a replacement or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
For in store exchanges; simply bring the defective item to the location nearest to you – be sure to bring your receipt or packing slip. Items that have been used should be presented in either the original packaging or in a sealable bag. A Lovers Associate will help process your exchange of defective merchandise within 30 days from purchase period. Unworn lingerie items with the manufacturers tags still attached may be exchanged for another item within 30 days of purchase.
If you purchased online or are unable to visit one of our stores; exchanges for the same item or equal value can be processed by contacting Customer Care at 1.844.988.0027 or by emailing CS@loversstores.com. Unworn lingerie items with the manufacturers tags still attached may be exchanged for size. No cash refunds, balances will be applied to a gift card for future purchases.
Many of our products have extended warranties covered by the manufacturer. Customers with defective items purchased outside of our 30 day policy will be directed to the appropriate vendor.
Halloween Costumes are a seasonal purchase. Therefore, all costume and costume accessory purchases made between October 20 - November 1 are final sale.
We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. Gift cards are non-refundable. Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased from Lovers stores or from our website. We do not offer satisfaction returns.
Your city or state may have laws making some items on our site illegal. It is your obligation to check local and state laws before ordering!
