Signing Up

Signing up for Lovers Afterglow is easy! Simply register by entering your name, email, and a password to create your account. It's free to join, and you will be automatically signed up to receive emails from Lovers where you'll learn about special sales and promotions, products, events, and tips for a life filled with pleasure. If you currently have an *account or email subscription with us, you have already been enrolled in Lovers Afterglow.

*Preexisting rewards program accounts without a point balance and no account activity before 7/3/2018 were not automatically enrolled in Lovers Afterglow. To reinstate your account you will need to sign up for our new program in a Lovers store or by following the steps outlined above.


Our Lovers Afterglow rewards program gives members what they want - discounts on future purchases! New members receive 10,000 rewards points for creating a Lovers Afterglow account and begin earning additional points on every purchase. Points can then be redeemed for discounts on future online and in-store purchases. You also earn points by sharing your love for Lovers with friends, following us on social media, and leaving product reviews on our website. In addition to earning points, members get first access to coupons, product launches, promotions, giveaways, and more. The full list of perks can be reviewed here.


Account

We took care of that for you! All customers with an *active account have been automatically enrolled in Lovers Afterglow. Log in to check your account history and point balance at any time.

Your Lovers Afterglow account page is your roadmap to all your points and perks. Log in to your rewards page to access all your account information.


Customers shopping on our website are automatically enrolled in our rewards program by making their 1st purchase. Every purchase earns points, even prior to creating your Rewards Account. Upon creating your account and logging in, you will be able to view your current points balance along with your purchase history based on the email address used during checkout. All online and in-store purchases must be made under one email address to ensure points are recorded under one account.

Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. To create a Lovers Afterglow account simply register by entering your name, email, and a password to create your account.


Earning & Redeeming

Exchanging your points for rewards couldn't be easier! Simply log in to your Lovers Afterglow account and begin shopping. Once you have items in your cart you will be able to redeem your available points for discounts. All available discounts will be displayed in the drop down menu in your cart. Select the desired discount amount and the items in your cart will reflect the selected discount. Discounts are available in $5 increments. You must have a Lovers Afterglow account to redeem discounts online and you must be signed in to your account to redeem discounts in your cart. For in-store redemption please provide the email address associated with your account at the time of your purchase and our Associates will apply the discount to your purchase. Log in to your account to access all of your information.


For every dollar you spend in any Lovers store or at loversstores.com, you'll earn 100 points. Every 10,000 points earned equals $5 in discounts. Discount redemption must be in $5 increments. Discounts can not be more than the purchase subtotal to avoid any loss in points.


For starters, new members receive a 10,000 point bonus just for creating a Lovers Afterglow account. Aside from earning points through purchases, you can refer a friend, leave a product review on our website, or follow us on Facebook and Instagram. Please note, points are not earned on shipping or tax and are calculated after discounts and promotional pricing have been applied to the purchase total.


Yes! You will be able to earn and apply Lovers Afterglow points toward purchases in store.


Program Limitations

Nope! That’s the best part about being a Lovers Afterglow rewards member! You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online, and leaving product reviews on our website.


Returns

Please contact customer service for questions regarding exchanges and returns. Contact us any time at CS@LoversStores.com. You can also reach us through our contact form. All our policies can be found in our FAQs.


Reward Expiration

Lovers Afterglow points expire after 1 year of inactivity. If you do not make a purchase or earn or redeem points for a period of 12 months, you will be considered a dormant user, and your points and rewards will return to zero. You will still have a Lovers Afterglow rewards account and can begin earning points again at any time.


For online orders: Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn't accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact us at CS@LoversStores.com to help apply your points to your account.

For in-store orders: verify that you provided the correct email address to our Associates. If you do not see points awarded to your account for a recent in-store purchase, contact us at CS@LoversStores.com to help apply your points to your account.


Yes! We want you to feel confident that all of your points are right where they should be . . . in your account! The first thing to note is that there may be a delay in our systems communicating and points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account. However, if you feel like you have earned points but they are not showing up in your account, you can also troubleshoot it with these tricks:

1) Try to refresh your browser.

2) Try to log out and then back in to your account.

3) Check your ‘Rewards History’ in your Lovers Afterglow rewards account to see if the points were added without you realizing it. Your ‘Rewards History’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made on your account. Log in to view your Lovers Afterglow account history.

If you still feel like your points balance is not accurate you can contact us at CS@LoversStores.com and we will look into the issue for you.


We are sorry to hear that. There are a couple of scenarios that could have triggered the error message.

The first possible scenario is that there was a mistype in one of the email addresses that you entered or you forgot to put commas between multiple emails to separate them.

To eliminate confusion over what occurred, we recommend that you go back and enter each email address one at a time, clicking ‘send’ after each one rather than uploading them all at once.

If you are still having problems using the email referrals we recommend sharing your unique referral code with the intended recipients. Please contact us at CS@LoversStores.com if you need further assistance.

Referred friends must be a first time customer in order for both of you to receive the referral rewards. In addition, the referral must be initiated through our rewards referral box on your personal rewards page or through the use of your unique referral code also found there.

Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend completes their first *qualifying purchase on our website.

When this happens you will receive an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that a reward was added to your account. You can also check your ‘Rewards History’ by logging in to your account to see a list of any points that you have received for referrals.

*Purchase must be $50 or higher not including shipping or tax.


Cart

Once you have items in your cart you will be able to redeem your available points for discounts. All available discounts will be displayed in the drop down menu in your cart. Select the desired discount amount and the items in your cart will reflect the selected discount. Discounts are available in $5 increments. You must have a Lovers Afterglow account to redeem discounts online and you must be signed in to your account to redeem discounts in your cart. For in-store redemption please provide the email address associated with your account at the time of your purchase and our Associates will apply available discounts to your purchase.

You must have a minimum balance of at least 10,000 points each time you would like to make a redemption, and points must be redeemed in increments of $5.

Discounts should not exceed the cart value in order to ensure that points are not lost. ie. in a cart totalling $12.50 only redeem $10 worth of discounts. We recommend that you select the discount level just under the value of your cart.
