"I got this thing 5 days ago and have used it three times. Today it will no longer turn on or charge. When I did use it, it was way too tight, and I was pretty unhappy with the presets, as even the slowest one felt too fast to me. I like to take things slow. The suction is so great that I actually had trouble getting out of it when I was done with it. Not good. All in all I'm so unhappy with it that I won't even bother entering a warranty claim, because I simply don't want it anymore. Considering the price, that's saying something. Don't buy this"

"Found this toy uncomfortable to use, also difficult to snap the sleeve in place when assembling. Think the previous Alex Neo was better than this model."
It will blow you
"It get the job done , but I’m 9in and it only goes 6in deep so I can’t get the full deep Th*** (you know what I mean) if you go to deep the thrusting willl stop so you kind of have to fu*k it but it does feel like a BJ put the speed on fast (setting #3) and let it do its thing ( now their is an app you can connect to it to let someone else control it for you but the review are bad so I didn’t download it ) also it don’t spin it only suck and thrust I recommend using an oculus quest 2/3 headset and have fun"
