"Not even 3 uses of the product, the sleeve ripped, and the suction was not working as intended. Tried going on the MAXTASY website, and it's just a complete SCAM. The website does not allow you to register your product for the included warranty, and trying to use the contact forum they provide also does not work and just leads you to an error page. Even directly emailing them leads to nothing; horrible company for such an expensive item. DO NOT BUY!"

"If it works, it's great. But... After using it for a about 4 times I noticed the sleeve broke/had a hole in it, which made for a mess. Then the suction functionality quit which is kinda the point with this toy imo. It took about 2.5 months of emailing back and forth to get a replacement from the manufacturer. Communication was polite and nice, but sending the replacement wasn't due to them moving warehouse or something. When the replacement showed up I was pleasantly surprised to find two extra sleeves in the box. Extra star for customer service/bonus goodies. Unfortunately after using the replacement twice, the new sleeve got another hole in it (in the same place as the first), and then the vibration stopped working. :( Again, it's fun when it works, but the quality is sorely lacking for this price. I used it in a normal fashion, and my member isn't that enormous either."
