"This product has a very short cord and the on/off is a push button, directly underneath the vibration settings button which makes it very easy to turn the unit off accidentally, but that didn't matter much as the first one I got was defective and wouldn't stay turned on for more than 30 seconds at a time anyway. Also, unlike similar products that usually have a rubbery coating, the outer shell of the bullet feels more like hard plastic than rubber or silicon and it wanted to slide all over the place instead of staying where it was needed. The vibration function definitely has some very intense levels though, which is really nice. Customer service was awesome about sending out a new product to replace my defective one, so I will definitely give this one another try, but overall I think I really prefer the type that have the dial to turn the unit off/on and adjust speed."

"The only reason I gave it one star was because it’s quiet. Other than that this is awful. It’s faulty and takes a few tries to turn on, all 10 levels are too soft and overall this is a terrible waste of money."
