The issues we have had with it are mostly that the silicone becomes sticky and the lube dries very, very quickly on the surface- this causes a lot of friction and makes it so you have to stop frequently to reapply. The little bump for your clit is not positioned perfectly for me, so it might also be an issue for others, though it hasn't kept us from enjoying using it, it's just better for very specific positions."
