In celebration of our 40 year anniversary, Lovers is hosting our inaugural awards honoring the most vibrant, promising, and respected sex educators in the industry - a group of forward-thinking, fearless pioneers who inspire others to own their pleasure - Lovers List: The Ultimate Sex Educator Awards. No matter how small or large your current impact may be, we want to hear from you! Please fill out the submission form by March 5th, 2021 (11:59 p.m. PST) to be considered for this year's Ultimate Sex Educator award.Â

In order to amplify the work of all people active in the sex educator and pleasure advocate space, everyone who submits a survey will be considered as a nominee. Credentials are not a requirement to be considered for Lovers List.
Nominees will be eligible to earn the following prizes:
1Â GRAND PRIZE
- $7,500 cash with matched donation ($7,500) in the winner’s name to the Woodhull Freedom Foundation, the only national organization that focuses entirely on affirming the fundamental human right to sexual freedom and ending sexual violence. Submissions will be reviewed against the following criteria:Â
- Advocacy - Active engagement and support of important causes in sex education, sexual wellness, pleasure and beyond
- Influence & Impact- Social media following, public awareness, PR placements, and other measures of impactÂ
- Success - Overall accomplishments, number of clients, size of business, revenue and/or growth metrics, educational institutions taught at, etc.
- Contribution - Contributions made to the growth and visibility of sex education on both local and national levels
All entries will be reviewed by Lovers between March 6th, 2021 and March 11th, 2021. 10 finalists will be selected from the entry pool based on how effectively they make their case in their entry. The grand prize winner will be determined based on a public voting process held from March 11th, 2021 - March 17th, 2021.Â
The winner will be announced during our 40th anniversary celebration virtual event on March 24th. The event is free to attend and all are invited. The event will include performances by Asia O’Hara from RuPaul’s Drag Race, and other entertainment to be confirmed, as well as trivia, an attendee discount on Lovers products, and one lucky attendee will be chosen at random to win a $500 gift card to Lovers.
