What is Double Penetration?

Part of the reason DP is a relatively common sexual occurrence is because there are lots of ways to play that qualify as double penetration. While the act is often skewed as only referencing a vagina and anus being penetrated simultaneously, any act where one or more orifices (anus, vagina, mouth) are being filled with any combination of fingers, fists, penises, tongues, or sex toys including dildos, butt plugs, and ball gags counts!
